Meeting House Lane
Once the heart of the old fishing village of Brighthelmstone, the narrow twittens of The Lanes were originally occupied by smugglers who operating from the town.
Centuries old tales of ghosts and hauntings in the cellars did well to keep folk away from the contraband hidden in their depths.
Despite this photograph being taken at 2.30am on a full moon, no spirits were captured, or were they…….?
